At GorideTransfers LTD, we strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. Here is our refund policy:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Flight Delays or Cancellations: If your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer without additional charges. However, refunds are not provided for flight cancellations.

Changes to Booking

  • You can make changes to your booking by contacting our customer support team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
